29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Maintenance Shop outside - The fire extinguisher mounted on the Toyota forklift was not checked annually. Last inspection date was 2014. Observed on or about April 04, 2016. The AZ Army National Guard - AASF#1, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315002642, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on Apr 06, 2011, with respect to same workplace located at 5636 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008.
