On or about March 29, 2016, employees engaged in new residential framing activities, working at leading edges, unprotected edges, and at a height greater than six (6) feet above ground level, had not been provided fall protection training.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). On or about April 1, 2016, employees engaged in decking activities of an apartment complex were not using any method of fall protection, exposing the employees to fall from a height greater than six (6) feet. Nicholas Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977299, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Country Club Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.
