Construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops, and storage areas shall be lighted to not less than the minimum illumination intensities listed in Table D-3 while any work is in progress. a. Located at 2505 East Pointe Drive in Zanesville, Ohio: At about 10:20 pm on March 24, 2016, employees were inspecting and performing a repair to the roof of the building. Illumination of the work area did not meet the minimum requirements, exposing employees to an approximately forty-three foot fall hazard.
