The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about March 15th, 2016. Walter & Son Home Improvement, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 976188, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7th 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 176 Hillcrest Avenue in Wood-Ridge, NJ.
