29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof, 535 Valley Brook Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ: Employees engaged in residential roof work were exposed to fall hazards while working without guard rails, personal fall arrest system, safety nets, or other feasible means of fall protection, on or about 4/5/16. b) Roof, 535 Valley Brook Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ: Employees engaged in residential roof work were exposed to fall hazards while working with inadequate personal fall arrest system, where the harness was attached to a rope tied with a knot, on or about 4/5/16. Dior Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121527, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Insley Avenue, Rutherford, NJ.
