OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Employees were exposed to a crushing and/or drowning hazard associated with the roll-over of a riding lawnmower:     On or about 4/6/2016, on the east side of the facility, the employer allowed employees to operate a Scag Turf Tiger riding mower on inclines and near waterways and did not ensure that a roll over protective structure (ROPS) was installed.
