OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck by hazards associated with damaged storage racks: a) For employees exposed to struck by hazards while working in the warehouse at 28741 South Cargo Ct., Ste. 1 in Bonita Springs (FL) around damaged metal storage racks. The metal racking system was observed with bent legs and bracing, tied to each other for stability and not anchored to the floor, on or about April 5, 2016.
