At the establishment located on 135 Bargain Barn Rd., Davenport, FL, employees working in the production area are exposed to a fall hazard in that, they stand on top of a mixer and move product inside a hopper. Employees will be exposed to mechanical gear and components from a 4-ft. fall. This condition was observed, on or about, 04/13/2016.
