29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about April 6, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not establish an audiometric testing program for employees performing auto-body repair using hand tools, who were exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 90.39% or the equivalent sound level of approximately 89.2 dBA during the sampling period of 387 minutes; exposure calculations included a zero (0) increment for the 93 minutes not sampled.
