29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a) Job site, at/near 926 Elmhurst Way, Sewickley, PA: On or about April 6, 2016, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that the large diesel fuel tank had legible labeling in that some labels were torn/scratched and some were so faded as to be difficult to read.
