29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On 4/4/2016, four employees from Filemon Morales Inc. were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 6511 Old Lemay Ferry Road, Imperial, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The foreman and three employees were observed working on the roof of the building without utilizing fall protection.
