29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  On or about April 5, 2016, two employees of Orlando Framing Techs, Inc. a Sub-Contractor for Raney Construction, Inc. are installing roof truss framing while being exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, because they are not protected by a fall protection system.  There are no guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall protection equipment installed.           1). Orlando Framing Techs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016052, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/9/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8732 Bayview Crossing Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787.        2). Orlando Framing Techs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1111911, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2673 Amati Dr, Lot#42, Kissimmee, FL 34741.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:     a) On or about April 6, 2016 one employee is standing on the top step a portable 8 foot fiberglass A frame ladder, to gain access to the roof truss system. The employee is exposed to falls of 8 feet to the concrete below because the ladder is not being used as it was designed and/or intended.    Orlando Framing Tech, of Orlando, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016052, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/9/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8732 Bayview Crossing Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
