29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition:    Construction Site: On or about April 6, 2016 a Dewalt 5" Deep Cut Variable Speed Band Saw was kept in an unsafe condition, it was stored while plugged in allowing unimpeded use of band saw upon picking up saw from storage.  This condition exposed employees to a struck-by hazard.
