29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) At the facility, on or about 4/6/2016: The employer had not developed nor implemented a written hazard communication program, including container labeling, safety data sheets and employee training where employees were exposed to diesel fuel, maintenance chemicals, including lubricants and irritant chemical cleaners, and combustion products from diesel engines. Abatement certification must be submitted.
