29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:    a) Bed Bath and Beyond, Inc./Port Reading, NJ- Throughout the Warehouse Area: Employer did not ensure that signs were posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, as the line-of-sight to the exit doors and exit signs throughout the warehouse area were not clearly visible.    Condition observed on or about April 7, 2016.    The Bed Bath and Beyond, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315764753, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6720 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509
