29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    A.)  Bencor Global, Inc., 800 East Branch Dam Road, Wilcox, PA  15870, Slurry Pond Tent, on or about April 7, 2016 and times prior thereto:  Employees were provided with a Honeywell Eyesaline emergency eye wash wall station that contained one 32-ounce bottle of eyewash.  Employees were performing work activities including, but not limited to, adding a 25% citric acid solution into the slurry pond to lower to pH of the water in the slurry pond.  The emergency eye wash station would not provide 15-minutes of continuous flow when flushing the eyes.

The work rest was adjusted to 3/16-inch from the grinding stone.  The bench top grinder was available for employee use and was not render them inoperable, marked/tagged out of service, or physically removed from its place of operation until the proper adjustment was made.
