29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) At the establishment, in the Plastcompactor Area, the employer failed to ensure that all elevated surfaces such as, but not limited to, pipes, ducts, angle iron, ledges, and equipment were kept free of hazardous accumulations of combustible dust, exposing employees to fire, deflagration, and dust explosion hazards.
