29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the job site located at 507 Bertrand, St Mary's, Kansas: An employee engaged in construction activities from an elevated articulating JLG work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the working surface of the lift to the ground below in that a body belt or other equivalent means of fall protection was not provided.
