OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from manually raising a lumber framed wall which was not blocked or braced to prevent accidental kick out.    33 Hawley Street, Northampton, MA: On or about April 7, 2016 employees were exposed to struck by hazards as a result of manually raising a 24 ft. high by 16 ft. wide lumber framed wall without management ensuring that bracing per management's instruction was installed along the bottom sole plate to prevent the wall from kicking out.  As the wall was lifted past the half way point it began to move and kicked out towards the employees lifting it and eventually striking an employee from a another employer.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct this hazard is to train employees in safety material handling operations including but not limited to:
