Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 638198, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/12, with respect to a workplace located at 1120 Bullis Road, Elma, New York. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 826681, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/15/13, with respect to a workplace located at 2240 Southwestern Boulevard, West Seneca, New York.
