Adams Street, Green Bay, WI hotel renovation. b) On April 12, 2016, an employee of KPH Environmental attempted to enter an asbestos containment area, located at 304 N Adams Street, Green Bay, WI, wearing a half mask cartridge when he was not clean shaven.
