(a) 2424 Noelle Lane, Powder Springs, Ga., On the front and back side of a residential home, employees were not protected from eye injuries while installing shingles with a Pneumatic Hitachi Stick Frame Nail Gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.    (a) Roof of the house at 2424 Noelle Lane, Powder Springs, Ga, 30127: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while improperly using a harness and carabineers as a positioning belt with a rope grab located at the wearer's waist.  The employees were on a 8:12 pitched roof at a height in excess of approximately 18.5 feet from the eave to the lower level.
