In the warehouse - material on the storage rack was stored at a height of approximately 5 feet on a damaged wood pallet that could collapse and strike employees. b. In the warehouse - metal cylinders not secured were stored on the edge of the storage rack at a height of approximately 8 feet that could fall at minimum movement and strike employees. c. In the warehouse - damaged carton boxes with materials stored at a height of approximately 8 feet were sliding to the side and could potentially strike employees working in the area.
