29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Ritchie & Page Distributing Co. Inc. - Forklift charging station:  The employer did not provide an eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continue flow for flushing of the eyes when employees can come in contact with corrosive chemicals such as battery acid from forklifts.  Occurred on or about 04/06/2016.

29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2):  Battery charging apparatus for industrial trucks located in battery changing and charging installation was not protected from damage by trucks:    a) Ritchie & Page Distributing Co. Inc.- Forklift charging area:  The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage.  The charging cables on a VFC 2000  battery charger model #18-600-3N, S/N 3098 and a RCI forklift battery charger model # 1100H3-18G , S/N 107CS50659 had damaged cords with exposed copper conduit and the charger outer casing was damaged, observed on or about 04/06/2016.
