Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to fall hazards, where mechanical equipment was being used and the warning line was not set at least 10 feet from the roof edge.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Location: Jobsite An employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet to the ground below, while working on roof repairs, where a safety monitor was not present. Wayne Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315790741, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Church St., Wilmington, MA 01887.
