29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At the site, employees were exposed to a 23 feet fall hazard during roof tile installation on a 5 in 12 roof pitch, in that, fall protection was not used at a 4-plex two story townhome, on or about 04/07/2016. Ad-Ler Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1069360, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3635-3665 Bonita Beach Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL, 34134.
