29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  2nd Level Side of Building Adjacent to BP Station - On or about April 5, 2016, workers were making the window openings smaller while standing on a concrete platform with unguarded sides and exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard.    (b)  2nd Level Rear - On or about April 5, 2016, workers were making the window openings smaller while standing on a concrete platform with unguarded sides and exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard.    (c)  3rd Level Side of Building Adjacent to BP Station - On or about April 5, 2016, workers were making the window openings smaller while standing on a concrete platform with unguarded sides and exposed to a 23 foot fall hazard.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
