29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a. On or about April 11, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite - employees working on a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to falls due to no endrails being erected at the ends of the work platform, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately thirty (30) feet.
