29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM and PACM is begun; employers shall identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section. a) Main hallway: On or about April 4, 2016 and at times prior thereto: The employer did not identify the presence and location of PACM in a 1937 Historic Register building where employees were hired to remove aged carpet and materials from a concrete subfloor and install new carpet. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
