29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard was begun, building and facility owners did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the work site pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section.  a) Main hallway, Guernsey Dairy Milk Depot: On or about April 4, 2016 and at times prior thereto; Employees were removing aged carpet, padding and green, 8X8 floor tiles from a listed Historic Register building built in 1937, but they had not been advised of the presence of PACM.    Note* Abatement documentation IS Required for this item.
