WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PERSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: On or about May 9, 2016- job site at 31-57 31st Street, Astoria, NY 11106 employees were working on the wet ground level near a Atlas Copco, QAS330JDS Generator, that had its panel open, exposing its conductors to accidental contact. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PERSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
