29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 2029 Satellite Blvd., Duluth, GA (Embassy Suite Hotel/New Construction) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were not properly utilizing a means of fall protection, not being tied-off, while working and walking approximately 62 feet above ground level, at the edge of the elevated flat roof, setting the precast slab roof plank and setting rebar's on the newly constructed commercial building, on or about 04/13/16.
