29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the housekeeping aid closet area (Room 124): On or about April 11, 2016, employees were exposed to hazardous products such as but not limited to Spartan NABC non-acid disinfectant bathroom cleaner (dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride) during clinic areas cleaning operations and the employer did not ensure to have the product's safety data sheet as described in their written hazard communication program procedures. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
