29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Outside Entrance (Turner Guest House Renovation) - On or about 4/12/16, employees were exposed to impalement hazards when the steel rebar was not guarded. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
