On or about April 04, 2016: Job site at LaGuardia Airport, Terminal B, Crew Lounge, East Elmhurst, NY 11369  Employer failed to report an inpatient hospitalization within 24 hours of incident, OSHA was notified on 4/06/2016.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
