29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)    On or about 4/14/2016, The MARVEL Metal band saw did not have the unused portion of the blade fully guarded above and below the table including the ingoing nip point by the lower wheel.    b)    On or about 4/14/2016, The backside of the chop saw was not guarded and was only protected by a 54" high fence.
