Frontier Street, Lexington, NE 68850, the employer is failing to protect employees from respiratory hazards including but not limited to exposure to isocyanates in that; employees wearing 3M 52P71 half face respirators with P95/organic vapor cartridges while spraying epoxy paint were not fit tested prior to initial use.
