OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard. a) At section 6 Block 32 of the orange grove located at 12010 Highway 70 Arcadia, (FL), as observed on or about 4/9/2016. An employee was exposed to electrical hazard while using an 18 foot metal ladder near a 22.5 foot high 13,200 volt distribution power line.
