29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)  On or about March 21, 2016, Lennar Homes, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of Doroteo Construction, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").   Lennar Homes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992022, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 19651 W. 59th St., Golden Co 80401.
