29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) 205 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA, Worksite: On or about April 13, 2016, employees were performing electrical installation work on a panel, which contained live parts energized in excess of 50 volts, but the electrical panel covers were not installed to effectively close the live parts.
