29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) On or about April 14, 2016 for an employee exposed to falls of approximately 15 feet while installing siding from a pump jack scaffold at the construction project located at 3334 Harvest Hills Avenue NW in Minot, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 954505, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 2708 28th Street NW in Minot, North Dakota.
