(a)  The employer failed to provide documentation to the Agency demonstrating that abatement is completed for the serious violation that was issued by the Agency for lack of fall protection training.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) Employees conducting roofing operations on a 9:12 pitch roof of the residential house were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12' 7".
