29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 8904 South Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach Township NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, while installing pieces of wood, checking measurements and performing other related activities from the walking/working surface of a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a midrail/screen that extended the full distance of the walking/working surface. Condition observed on or about 04/16/16.
