Located at the adjoining intersections of Euclid and Eden Ave and 100 block of East Corry St Cincinnati, OH while working within the construction project without adequate channelization devices or systems, work zone signage and flagger procedures there were employee(s) observed performing Flagger associated operations and supervision of such operations who had not been trained on the applicable procedures or regulations to minimize those hazards.

29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard. Located at the adjoining intersection of Euclid and Eden Ave and within 100 block of East Corry St Cincinnati, OH there were employees observed performing Flagger associated operations and a Subcontractors employee observed performing balcony railing installation associated operations from within the basket of a JLG Ultra Boom Model 1350SJP extensible and articulating boom aerial lift which closed one of two lanes of an urban street and overhung into the adjacent lane of oncoming traffic without adequate channelization devices in which the employer did not ensure advanced warning signs such as Road Work, One Lane Road or End Work Zone signs were posted.

[67 FR 57736, Sept. 12, 2002] Located at the adjoining intersection of Euclid and Eden Ave and within 100 block of East Corry St Cincinnati, OH there were employees observed performing Flagger associated operations and a Subcontractors employee observed performing balcony railing installation associated operations from within the basket of a JLG Ultra Boom Model 1350SJP extensible and articulating boom aerial lift which closed one of two lanes of an urban street and overhung into the adjacent lane of oncoming traffic, without the employer ensuring adequate temporary traffic channelization device elements were in place to direct vehicles through the temporary control zone.
