(b) Energy Control Procedures LOTO E-2 through E-4, that were in use did not include magnitude and types of associated hazardous energies,    (c) Energy Control Procedures LOTO A-1 though A6, LOTO B-1 through B-7, LOTO C2 through C8,that were in use did not include magnitude for pneumatic energy    (d) Energy Control Procedures LOTO A-1 though A6, LOTO B-1 through B-7, LOTO C2 through C8, LOTO E-2 through E-4,  LOTO Tumbler, and Dumpster LOTO that were in use did not include specific requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control measures.
