29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): One or more fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, were not provided on each floor: a) 205 Fayette St. Conshohocken, Pa., Throughout Structure: On or about April 13, 2016, employees were laying flooring and doing carpentry work inside a multi-story commercial building under extensive renovations, but fire extinguishers were not provided on each floor of the building, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
