29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a) On or about 4/12/16, in the Communications Room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  b) On or about 4/12/16, in the workstation next to the evidence room, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  c) On or about 4/12/16, in the Task Force Officer workstation next to the Administrative Assistant area, two (2) relocatable power taps  were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  d) On or about 4/12/16, in the RAC office area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  e) On or about 4/12/16, in the IRS office area, two (2) relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  f) On or about 4/12/16, in the IRS office area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  g) On or about 4/12/16, in the Receptionist office area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  h) On or about 4/12/16, in the workstation next to the Title 3 room, two (2) relocatable power tap were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  i) On or about 4/12/16, in the workstation next to the Title 3 room, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  j) On or about 4/12/16, in the Account Monitor office area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
