29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 5300 Block, Central Ave., Ocean City, NJ:  On or about 04/16/2016, two J. Bishop Construction Inc. employees were working from the roof of a three story residence installing a brace on the support pole of a pump jack scaffold.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 fee to the ground below.
