29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 8h Street & Ocean Ave., Ocean City, NJ: On or about 04/16/2016, four J&J Construction and Son LLC employees were installing the second floor plywood decking on a new construction multi-family residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of 14.5 feet to the ground below.
