29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: (a) Jobsite: Employees were using a DeWalt Model DW 745 Table Saw with Serial number 2013 27-CT 249027 to crosscut cedar shingles for installation. The saw blade was not guarded exposing employees to struck-by hazards from the unprotected saw blade.

This exposes employees to electrical shock hazards.
